Half-timbered façades dominate the view from the window, while the bustle of the old town unfolds right outside the door. The market square and excellent restaurants are within a two-minute walk. The annex apartment is located right next to us in the single-family house and has its own entrance, which leads through our basement room. The apartment is bright and very charming thanks to the oiled wood floor. If you are as happy to see a view of the garden, the cat's creeping around and the cackling of 3 chickens as much as we are, then you have come to the right place. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

Heilbronn and Neckarsulm can be reached in a few minutes by country road. Shopping on site (partly with a short walk): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, various bakeries. Recreation: The natural monument Waldheide, the Stadtseebachtal and the castle ruins of Weibertreu invite you to take a walk. Within walking distance of the apartment!
