Yes, this is "that" house. This single level ranchette is walking distance to Indigeny Reserve from the front door. Walk the creek, ride a bike through the neighborhood, hike/ride the Indigeny trails, whatever you would like. This 930 sqft. farmhouse is on 2 acres...BY ITSELF. Peaceful and private are the words that come to mind. Lots of updates as the house has been completely rebuilt/updated. High speed Wifi and Central Heat/AC. Full Kitchen. Full Laundry. Space for the kids to play or to walk with your spouse. This is the perfect vacation rental for a family of 5 (or less), as well as a couples retreat. Memory Foam Mattress and brand new furniture. We are also very close to Savannah Gardens if you are attending a wedding there.

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft from room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.
