A freestanding cottage surrounded by farm animals. 3 excitable farm dogs, 3 goats, two pigs, a 100 pound tortoise, geese, ducks, chickens, roosters, rabbits , quails, parakeets, cats, you name it, it lives here... This 400 square foot granny unit over our garage has beautiful wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (no washer/dryer) New HVAC unit, air filters, new water heater with chlorine filter. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. (Black out curtains on windows if light needs to be blocked) Must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access. Dedicated off street parking for one vehicle

You’ll love the cottage's privacy, open space and natural light. We are pet-friendly! Well-behaved, trained pets are welcome, but we ask for prior approval and there is a $50 per stay charge.
