Villa has two similar bedroom suites each with private baths and closet areas. One suite has a King Bed and two single bunk beds with a tub shower off the front Patio. The other bedroom has a King bed and single Day bed with a walk in shower. Bedroom opens up to the back Patio of the 5th hold on the Silverado North Golf Course. Living and dining area is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and a pass through kitchen. Minimum Stay is one (3) Night stay. Per HOA rules.

It is very close to BART, so Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco are a quick 5, 5,and 22 minutes trip away. We are close to stores and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchenette & all essentials. The bed is super comfortable and there is so much to explore in nearby South Berkeley and North Oakland. You'll walk to everything -- no need for a car
