Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. Parking is off road on a private driveway. Within walking distance are a local restaurant, Co-op, Petrol Station & Fish & Chip Shop. The main town is nearby, as is the beach front. We are also very close to the South Downs. There is main train station and Brighton is approximately 20 mins by train.

Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.
