An endless summer ( hot tub and heated pool)

Entire loft-style outbuilding: equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, sleeping area with double bed. Access to pool, garden and private jacuzzi on terrace without vis-à-vis. 2 min from Intermarché (bakery, pharmacy), city center 10 min by car (bus ok). River and sea 30 min, train station 10 min. Welcome to "ESCATTOU". Long-term rental available from October to March Opened in 06/22, the house is adjoining and independent of ours located in the hamlet of St Etienne d'Escattes in the countryside amid vineyards. You will be quiet, you will enjoy a terrace and a private garden area with the possibility to cool off in our pool (to be shared with the owners).
