Peace in the countryside in Somerniemi

In the courtyard of the farm, a granny cottage with amenities. From the cottage terrace, you can watch the horses and hear the donkeys greetings. In the summer, you can see the horse pastures from the clearing. The terrace has a new gas grill and furniture. There are also cats, dogs, sheep and a mini pig on the farm. You can get to know the animals with the help of the farm's staff. Near the cottage, there is a pond, not suitable for swimming (hummus water), a small yacht and a canoe available for guests. The pond is visible from the cottage's terrace. You can walk to the pond and see the scenery.

In the yard there is a pond where you can dive into the water (in winter into the ice hole). You can also just stay in the hammock to hang out in the summer. The cottage is surrounded by forest, so privacy is guaranteed in this little paradise. There is also a campfire area in the yard and plenty of space for yard games. Depending on the season, you can pick berries from the bushes or go to the forest to pick mushrooms.

Perfectly accommodating from four to eight guests, the interior is a harmonious blend of Scandinavian simplicity with an artistic twist. Access to the downstairs of the cottage is from the outside. Upstairs, room height approx. 4 m. Child-friendly beach area. In the summer, the rent includes 2 paddleboards and a rowing boat. Cleaning and towels are not included in the rental price.
