4 bedroom villa with a wery nice garden and furniched terrasse. We have two bedrooms with dobblebeds and one bedroom with two singlebeds. We have two ekstra matresses to put on the floor. The house is located a 5 min. walk from the local shoppingcenter with many nice shops. and restaurants. 8 min. walk to the train station, from where you can go to Copenhagen centralstation in 30 min.Trains depart for Copenhagen every 10´th. min. Distance to the beach is a 10 min. walk. Tre beach has fine white sand and the water is safe for small children. The house has all modern comodeties: Dishwasher, internet, fireplace, tv, dvd, stereo. . . . If you have children they are wellcom to play with our childrens toys. . . Duves, bedlinnen and towels are included. There are two parkingplaces in front of the house. The neighborhood is wery friendly and quiet.

110m2 villa in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and meadow

Relax with the whole family in our everyday villa close to Karlslunde and Solrød beach, Trylleskoven, and the meadow with cows and sheep. The house is suitable for families with children; there is a trampoline, a playhouse and a wooden hut. The S-train is about 1.5 km away, and you can easily cycle there. From there, it takes 25 minutes by E-tog to central Copenhagen. Mosede harbor is also cozy with delicious ice cream on either Isola or the harbor itself, where you can also eat barbecue, Asian food, or fish. The house is rented out with our everyday things.

Nice family house with room for children. Large plot with large garden with room for lots of play. In the garden there is a fireplace and a garden fireplace. The house has two bathrooms at each end of the house. One is with a shower and the other is equipped with a raise/lower bathtub, which can also be used as a changing area. Three bedrooms. One with a half-high bed, where there is a mattress underneath (children's room), one with a double bed and a cot and at the opposite end a room with a queen size bed. Large spacious kitchen-living room.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and tranquility of this cozy house on the beach side. After only a 10-minute walk, you have sand between your toes and a beautiful beach or you are at a train station with frequent departures to Copenhagen (32 min.) or Køge (9 min.). The house has large panoramic windows that bring trees and sky into the living room. In addition to the living room, bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen, the home includes a master bedroom, a smaller bedroom and a large bedroom. All rooms have double beds.

Relax with the family in this peaceful home. There is room for coziness, cooking and board games indoors. Garden with trampoline and the possibility to sleep in a small cottage in the garden. Light up the barbecue on our lovely terrace, it is possible to extend the evening by turning on the patio heater. Remember mosquito repellent. The beach is a short walk of 7 minutes from the house 2 min. walk to the S-train connection 35 min. to Copenhagen Central Station. Charging of electric car (type 2) is available.

In Solrød Landsby towards the fields, there is a 200 sqm thatched villa, where there is room for the whole family. Usually, a family of 5 lives here. Two adults, two girls of 10 and 4, and a boy of 8. We have chickens (and chicks practicing their crowing), a grain barn, large garden and plenty of room for play. In the driveway there is room for two cars and in the garage there is a rowing machine. It is 7 minutes by car down to the station (S-train to Copenhagen) and shopping, 9 minutes to the beach.
