The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The apartment in the beautifully located Tiefenbach is not far from the Breitachklamm and Rohrmoos, idyllically situated between the mountains. The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our accommodation impresses with fine pine wood, which creates a warm atmosphere and a healthy indoor climate. The inviting living and dining area is stylishly furnished and the fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. A newly renovated bathroom provides extra comfort. Lovingly and comfortably furnished, former artist's workshop on a spacious meadow property and in a great location with unobstructed views of Mount Ifen and the Gottesacker Plateau. Best suited for 2 people or a family with small children. Super accessible by car and public transport: the bus stop is within sight, a private parking lot in front of the house entrance. The Parsenn ski lift and the Wäldele-Egg cross-country ski run are only a few meters away.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!

Country house: central + underground parking

Our traditional country house has been welcoming guests for over 20 years. Unlimited cable car rides: In summer (05/01-11/09) all our guests can ride the mountain railway free of charge during their stay. Linens and towels are included.
