This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

What makes our home special?....long days spent lazing by the pool...walking trails through the Tramuntana...hearing the Toot! Toot! of the historic tram as it wends its way to the Port...diving into the Saturday market in the busy town square then fleeing for the cool, calm interior of the house...grazing Sunday morning breakfast on the terrace...feeling the warm evening sunlight in our street as Swallows swoop overhead...stargazing from the top floor terrace...and lots, lots more..

1-2 bedroom house - pool, tennis court and jacuzzi

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. If you are 4 people please book it for 4 people not 3 - Thanks

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.
