Amazing property overlooking the Sea " Mestral"

The living area of approc. 80 sqm are divided into a large dining area/saloon with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and two terraces, one facing the sea, the other one facing the mountains and the village. The light living area is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, satelite TV (Astra, mainly German channels), hifi-system with iPod-plug and DVD. The bedroom has a large bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and access to the front terrace. The pool is shared with a second apartment of the house.

Wonderful apartment on the beach with stunning 180° sea views, with all the amenities to feel comfortable. New apartment, fully renovated. Building surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. 10 minutes walk you have Supermarkets like Mercadona and Lidel. (Large Supermarkets) -Balearic tourist tax rates- The rates (2.5€) are chargeable per person per night at check in. Children aged 16 and under are exempt.
