Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. Our apartments are located in the center of Goslar, in a charming half-timbered house that is used both as a residential and commercial building. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a pharmacy, while the apartments are on the upper floors. The train station is a short walk away, as are numerous shops, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, doctors and pharmacies – everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to the apartment in the Gärtnerei. The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in 2026. The apartment is in the center of Baddeckenstedt with very good access to public transport, the A7 & A39 highways and all shops for everyday needs. The apartment is ideal for families and has two separate bedrooms, as well as a living room, kitchen and bathroom. You can just feel comfortable in the modern furnished apartment.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.
