Herfra er der udgang til en terrasse, hvor man kan nye en kop kaffe i solen med udsigt til haven. Der er tale om en enestående bolig, med en fortid som kunstnerhjem. Til lejligheden hører en syd/østvendt terrasse. Der er plads til fire gæster. Vi har en sød, børnevenlig og rolig hund, og en grå kat, som går frit på ejendommen. Hunden og katten må ikke være i lejligheden.
