Bottom floor of duplex located on Donner Summit. A hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts. Like a home on a golf course except up here the golf course is Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort and Soda Springs downhill ski resort. Sugar Bowl and Donner Ski Ranch ski resorts are only two miles down the road. Boreal is just one exit away on highway 80.
