Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

It is surrounded by hills, woods, pasture with cows, and fresh air. During the summertime, you can freely gather some fresh veggies from our garden and get fresh eggs in the morning. There is a view of mountains and the city of Ljubljana. The location is 30 minutes of driving away from Ljubljana- Slovenian capital city.
