The house comprises a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a mezzanine. Sleeps 6, double bed in bedroom, bed in living room, two single beds on mezzanine. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, TV-DVBT, fenced plot. Swing for children. Quiet place. Close to shop, lake. In the yard there are sun loungers, a barbecue, and a gazebo. At the lake there is a surf camp, kayak rental, and swimming in Lake Gardno.

Na rozległym, ogrodzonym terenie znajdują się 2 bliźniacze domy, każdy z 3 niezależnymi apartamentami. Do każdego apartamentu przynależy taras. W ogrodzie jest plac zabaw i podgrzewany basen o głębokości 120 cm. Od plaży dzieli nas 15-20 minutowy spacer przez las, a od centrum miasteczka Rowy około 3 km (od pierwszego sklepu około 1,5 km).
