Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Stay in "Grindstugan" in Hannas, with a perfect location for today's excursions. Return to the quiet in the evening, cook a good dinner with local ingredients and enjoy the sunset or a good movie. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. In the living room area, there is a 3-seater sofa, coffee table and two armchairs. 43-inch TV where you can watch via your own apps. Listen to your music via Bluetooth. The bedroom is in the loft, which has standing height in the middle. There is a double bed and two wicker chairs. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Ett ljust och trevligt hus med utsikt över böljande fält! Full tillgång till den stora insynsskyddade och blomstrande trädgården med flera uteplatser.
