In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on a picnic blanket, a boat ride, and refresh yourself during the day under the solar shower or relax in the hamac overlooking the sunset. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

A small house with blue shutters near the city walls offers three comfortable apartments for demanding guests - all new, nice, picturesque, with above-standard equipment. The red apartment has one room (28 m2) with its own bathroom/toilet and kitchenette. Beautiful view of the Slavonic tower from the armchair by the window. In the kitchen there is a stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. High-speed internet, internet TV available. Parking right next to the house, your electric pets (bike and car) can be charged to 100%.

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

The house is alive, so you might hear noises (e.g., woodworm) or see animals (e.g., ladybirds) visiting.

A unique experience awaits you in this carefully renovated flat in the middle of the Renaissance town of Slavonice (Zlabings). The flat is situated on Namesti miru in the middle of the old town. It has a wonderfully big kitchen with gothic vaulted ceiling. The bathroom is very nice with high gothic ceiling and a big bathtub that easily fits two. Restaurants and shopping are right next door.
