Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Do you like old houses with preserved details,so welcome to Bergåsa! There are two apartments for rent and a small cottage. So it can be some hustle and bustle,but we're kind and easy going. There may be a cat coming to visit. Close to Kivik, and the beach (walking distance) is about 15 minutes away. Modern, practical and tastefully decorated one-story house with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds in the popular Gyllebo recreation area. Experience Österlen's restaurant, gallery owner, shopkeeper, and, last but not least, the fantastic nature. Enjoy the sun and pleasant swims in the lake or sea in the summer, and cozy up in front of the wood-burning stove in the winter. The large terrace offers a fantastic view. Taste the champagne from Köpingsberg and the best wine from Ale stenar. The nearest golf course is 7.3 km away.

Here we really find the tranquility. SO IN THIS CABIN AREA IT HAS TO BE QUITE AFTER 10 PM. A cozy cabin village where the lake is swimming friendly. Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation along Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. In the residence, there are 7 beds, 1 child's bed, and 2 cribs upstairs. There is a possibility to charge the car for SEK 5 per kWh. Let me know and you'll have access to this when you park the car. The accommodation offers basic TV and Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linen and towels. You clean yourself before you check out.

Small house in Kivik

Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset and which was built in 2022. It is located a little individually in a large lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house it is within walking distance to Kivik harbor, beach and restaurants. Important to note is that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, i.e. not childproofed.
