Huset har brændeovn samt varmepumpe. Med til huset hører lille ikke isoleret anneks med to sovepladser. Fra vejen kan du se havet som ligger 2 minutters gang fra huset. Huset ligger i et skønt og velholdt sommerhuskvarter i den østlige side af øen. El og vand er inkluderet i dagsleje.

På Søllestedgaard Gods på gårdspladsen lige ved siden af hovedbygningen, ligger forvalterboligen, hvor den ene længe udgør havehuset, som nu udlejes. Havehuset udgør en dejlig lejlighed i 2 plan med udsigt til voldgrav og direkte adgang til terrasse. Lejligheden har plads til 6 pers fordelt på 3 soveværelser. Udlejningsboligen er beliggende på Lolland i stationsbyen Søllested lige imellem Nakskov og Maribo.
