Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The Caretaker

Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was erected almost 100 years ago and the apartment then constituted the residence of the caretaker's family. The apartment consists of a hall, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a thoughtful layout with high ceilings, old-fashioned pantry and large closet, which has been renovated with sustainable solutions. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified beddings. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

The accommodation is not perfect but has very simple style but with warm water and heating. On the property, there are farms, cats and sheep to visit.
