The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Large free parking area right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bedlinen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand. The cottage has a double bed, but there is room for up to two floor mattresses for the small family. We hope you will enjoy your stay and feel at home!

Detached house on a farm 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds. Half a staircase up there are two beds. A downstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with one smaller and one larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels are brought by the guest himself.
