Enjoy sun, warmth and socializing right by the sea in Falkenberg! In this cottage, you will live comfortably with all the necessities. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the sea. The cottage area offers, among other things, a private sandy beach, playground, large lawns, bocce courts, etc. Biking distance to grocery stores and shopping as well as Skrea Strand. Detached house on a farm 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds. Half a staircase up there are two beds. A downstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with one smaller and one larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels are brought by the guest himself.
