A detached house built in 1890 has been completely renovated for a comfortable stay in a relaxing environment. It is located on the east coast of Istria, in a quiet village 15 km from Labin and the nearest airport Pula 45 km. In the extension of the terrace there is a private pool with a landscaped beach with 8 deck chairs and 3 parasols. Casa Iria offers a beautiful view of the sea, which is 1. The nearest shop and restaurant are 2 km away in the Tunarica campsite, where you also have the option to rent kayaks, pedal boats.

Fabina

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
