Nice holiday home 150 meters from the sea.

Newly renovated(!) nice cottage with three bedrooms (two double beds and one single bed), kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room with fireplace. South facing patio with ability to grill and enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Proximity to water and swimming at the cabin as well as child-friendly and shallow beach just over 5 minutes drive from the cabin. 25 minute drive from Skellefteå Central. Bed linen and towels are provided by the guest. The guest is responsible for the cleaning of the cottage before departure.

A gem in the Archipelago of Skellefteå.

A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the plot there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place year-round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

The "fireplace" with many windows has a private wood-burning stove that both heats and creates a completely private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. Our charming cottage, located by a lake on an older forested cape, is a haven for anyone who wants to experience the Swedish wilderness. Summer offers midnight sun and great fishing for pike and perch. Here, there have also been a record-breaking trout! Winter usually offers aurora or beautiful moonlight, and then it's usually lake that naps spits at the fishing enthusiasts. On the spring ice, you will get a large gray area.

Koppla av själv eller med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Eller kanske ett hem för hårt arbetande att bo när arbetsdagen är slut. Njut av naturen utanför dörren. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Sommartid kanske ett dopp i havet lockar? Det finns även en möjlighet för fler personer att bo då sovstugan kan värmas upp.

Centrala stan finns drygt en kilometer bort, ca en kvarts promenad.
