This huge, family-friendly, two bedroom apartment boasts sea views and is only 100m away from the beach. This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. Free High-Speed Wifi, DVDs, Netflix and Smart TV available. Location: You'll never need to get in your car!!! We are situated above SSL shop ( our children's clothing store (Simply So Lovely) which is mainly operated online- opening hours are 8:45am-11:45am 5 days per week), next door to the Southend Car Park, Hunstanton; Stay SSL is opposite Oasis fitness centre (soft play, rollerskate park, gym, swimming pool with slides, squash courts and fitness classes.) Olivias Apartments. Flat 1

The Olivia’s apartments are situated in central Skegness next door to Weatherspoons and only a minutes walk from the town centre and the train station. The apartment comprises of 1 main bedroom with a double bed, 1 open plan kitchen/lounge with a sofa bed and 1 bathroom. The apartment is situated above the popular Olivia’s Cocktail and Wine Bar and therefore some noise can be heard in the apartment above, however free drinks vouchers are present for guests to come and savour the atmosphere.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to everything you need and the beautiful beach and sea just a stones throw away. The property is opposite the beach and there is a bar/restaurant and chip shop across the road Queen’s Park is across the road with its boating lake and children’s park and splash pool.
