In the heart of old Skanör is this unique farmhouse in 1922, which has been gently completely renovated in 2022. The farmhouse is about 20 sqm, plus sleeping loft. It is 500 meters to Ica and 1 km to a mile-long amazing white-corning sandy beach with blue flag, which includes several restaurants and cold bath houses with a sauna. Minimum length 3 nights. Towels and sheets are not normally included, but can be arranged in advance with some compensation. Cleaning if desired, SEK 500 applies. Check-in at 15.00. Check-out at 11.00.

Guesthouse near the sea

A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a blend of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air/air pump, hob and fridge/freezer. Freshly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor with Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör harbour is 1.8 km away and has several cosy restaurants. Ica shop open 07-23, 700 m. Flommens Golf Club is about 3.7 km away. In Falsterbo there are also some restaurants, café and a small ICA shop.

In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.
