In this national romantic house from 1905 you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, barbecue and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's stunning sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and gently renovated house with carpentry fun and high coziness. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and the idyllic center of Falsterbo. On the large forest area, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for borrowing.

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Close to the beach, golf courses and the riding stadium, this tiny house is set in a garden behind a villa, in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a busstop 100 m away, and also parking on the street if you come by car. There is a small bench and table outside if you would like to eat or drink coffee in the garden on warmer days. There is a lockbox for convenient self-check-in. Supermarket about 10-15 min walking distance.
