The beach, Skanörs or Falsterbos, is no more than a few minutes bicycle path away, as are the golf courses. The property consists of two buildings where one building has kitchen, dining area and living room. The second houses three bedrooms all with separate entrance and good storage options as well as a bathroom with washing machine. You have access to the whole house and whole garden when you rent.

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
