In just 5 minutes you will reach Brösarp with ICA, café, pharmacy and gas station (with charging stations). The sea is about 10–15 minutes away and Stenshuvud National Park can be reached in 30 minutes. In addition, you are close to excursion destinations such as Kivik, Ystad and Åhus. Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

Cozy cottage with a private garden in wonderful Nybrostrand outside Ystad. The cottage is 69 sqm and has 2 bedrooms and a larger living room with fireplace. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

The apartment of the main house has a spacious living room with fireplace, sofa bed and sleeping loft, a double bedroom, kitchen with fireplace and a bathroom. A second, smaller apartment, consisting of a large room, with living and sleeping area, as well as kitchenette and bathroom, can be rented for additional travelers or a second small family. Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation along Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. In the residence, there are 7 beds, 1 child's bed, and 2 cribs upstairs. There is a possibility to charge the car for SEK 5 per kWh. Let me know and you'll have access to this when you park the car. The accommodation offers basic TV and Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linen and towels. You clean yourself before you check out.

Charming and spacious house with nice details to enjoy during the Österlen vacation. Here you have cozy days with a fireplace and nice views. Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.

The old brewery

This special place is located on a horse farm close to everything in Österlen. Brygghuset has a permanent standard with a large kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, private patio and unlimited space for cars or other vehicles. Two bedrooms with double beds. The farm is located north of Ystad, close to Tomelilla, Tosselilla amusement park and the Fyledalen nature reserve.
