This cozy, 2 bedroom apartment is situated on our quiet 30 acre property 9 miles from downtown Marquette and 45 min from Pictured Rocks in Munising. The apartment is separate from our home. The apartment is above our barn, one flight of stairs. We have frontage on Big Creek which connects to gorgeous Lake Superior. We have kayaked and fished from our spot to the big lake. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is newly built home designed to resemble a train depot on the outside and made to be a comfortable and relaxing space inside. There is a boxcar and a caboose on the property that are being rehabbed and will eventually be available to rent on this property also. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Marquette. Due to allergies this a no pet listing.
