Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Enjoy this newly-built elegant accommodation with water-based underfloor heating. 30 sqm + loft. Combined oven/microwave. Smart TV With private patio facing south and barbecue grill (charcoal and lighter fluid not included). Located on our property. Close (walking distance) to nature, walking paths and nice beaches (see photos). NOTE: Bed linen is NOT included but can be provided at a cost of SEK 150/stay (sheets for 160 bed/2 pillowcases/2 duvet covers). Towels are provided. Charging box for charging electric car is available for a fee.

Mastvägen

Two newly renovated cabins located on a large hilly plot with several nice places. The big house is about 90 sqm with a nice view of Bråviken. In the guest house of about 30 sqm you live comfortably but more compact. Available: apple TV, Internet, electric car charger. Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 persons. Guests bring own bed linen and towels. Close to a nice swimming area and about 2 km to a grocery store & bus. In Nävekvarns harbor there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

Archipelago house and sauna - private lake plot

The place is quiet, peaceful and well secluded from neighbors. The balcony is directly adjacent to the kitchen and invites you to all the meals of the day. The sauna and relaxation area are freely available during your stay and offer a fantastic atmosphere and relaxation. The main house has a double room and sleeping loft, the guest house has two double rooms with lovely views of the sea. Stendörren Nature Reserve is only a 1.8-kilometer walk from the house. Come and enjoy the archipelago environment and the tranquility of the sea.

Charlottastugan

Charlottastugan is secluded and offers peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature and a short walk to swimming and fishing in Lake Yngaren. Here you live spaciously on two floors with a separate guest house with room for two people. Ground floor with newly-renovated kitchen and several amenities such as a dishwasher. In the living room, there is a fireplace and sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with two single beds.

Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10-minute walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and the possibility to pick blueberries. 10-minute drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Clean before you leave, or buy cleaning for SEK 1000.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Villa Kruthuset by the sea | Sauna raft | Single room

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There's plenty of space for socialising and lovely dinners, as well as the option to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds, including bed linen and towels).

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Annexet Karlberg

Newly built holiday home with flexible sleeping accommodations 3.5 km outside the center of Nyköping, near the exit from the E4 and the Påljungshage and Gustavsberg shopping centers. If you are on a transit or business trip and want to stay overnight, the accommodation is ideal. Wifi, TV and several streaming services are available. Good parking facilities, even for slightly larger service vehicles. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

Get a taste of farm life! At the end of a long, winding gravel road through the rolling Sörmland landscape lies our little cottage. Here, there's a cosy space for the whole family, or perhaps a quiet writing retreat for those who need to get away from the hustle and bustle. Eggs from our lovely hens are available for breakfast, and the sauna can be booked after a wonderful day in, for example, Stendörren Nature Reserve. Welcome!
