Tiny House in the “tiny du bocage” countryside

Escape to the countryside in this comfortable studio, ideally located 15 minutes from Maubeuge and 20 minutes from Val Joly, only 300 m from the greenway. Enjoy a quiet and green setting, perfect for relaxing while staying close to amenities. Private parking right next to the accommodation. Fully self-contained studio, with linen (sheets, towels) and hygiene products provided. When you arrive, everything is ready: all you have to do is put your suitcases down and enjoy!

Le Fournil Cottage, close to the Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure

Old bread oven completely renovated. Accommodation with a living room consisting of an equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed and access to the shower room. The accommodation is equipped with a laundry room with fridge, microwave, washing machine. Free Wi-Fi is available as well as a TV equipped with non-paying channels. The accommodation is ideal for a couple or couple with young children (sofa bed in the living room).

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

The Wooden Moon

The Wooden Moon was designed to offer you magical moments of relaxation for two. Everything has been created so that you can make a discreet and quiet entrance and escape in complete privacy while enjoying together the wellness area with the infrared sauna, the spa on the terrace overlooking a green panorama, out of sight and a cocooning corner outside around the fire. Everything is at your disposal so you don't have to think about anything but your well-being.

40 m2 apartment (on the 1st floor of the house) direct access. Number of people 1 or 2 in double bedroom with TV and baby bed. Kitchenette (fridge, oven, microwave...). Bathroom (shower & bathtub) separate toilet – Relaxation area (stereo, documentation, board games). Private terrace (barbecue), access to a recreational area (swings, sun loungers, our animals: donkey, goat, sheep). Departure of hiking and mountain biking trails at the foot of the house.

L'Étang du Sabotier – Highly comfortable pavilion

The fishing lodge is located in an exceptional location. Facing the pond, it is extended by large sunny terraces that cascade down tothe fishing pontoon. The property is located away from the village of Seloignes, near Chimay, located along a stream and on the edge of the forest. Once the gate is closed, you find yourself in another world. Designed by an architect and an artist, this achievement presents great unity and magnifies nature.

If the weather is not great, our cottage will be the perfect place to rest in peace in a cozy and soothing cocoon

Want to enjoy the calm of a small village in the countryside? Come and enjoy a charming modern house to rest and work. This house is occupied when it is not available. Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
