Our very recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of our detached house in Argostoli,in a quiet area ,only 500 m away from the main square. It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It can also be combined with the Ionian Blue Apartment.

In the coastal settlement «Mikros Gialos», in Lefkada, within 100 meters from the sea is our apartment. Just 400 meters away is the magical beach "Rouda". Traditional taverns, cafes and a mini market are in the bay. The apartment, is newly built, 58 square meters, has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and one with two single beds, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom, terrace with sea view, TV 40'' LCD and AirCondition.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has a kitchen with all necessary equipment, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathroom is located in the room with two single beds. Every bedroom has A/C and private balcony. There is no elevator in building and the windows have darkening curtains. There is not shutter. The apartment belongs to a Guesthouse called Villa Angela.
