A day bed can be provided (at additional cost) to accommodate an addition resident in each bedroom. Full closets provide space necessary to organize wardrobes and give an at-home feeling while on holiday. The two bedrooms, as well as living room are equipped with a T.V. that are connected to local Greek channels as well as the vast variety of Hotbird and Astra satellite (open) connections. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. A dedicated WI-FI connection, provides reliable and fast access to the internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave as well as fully stocked with dishes, glassware and cutlery. A washing machine for clothing is also located on the property.

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

The Water side studios offer you an excellent location: the sandy Lourdas beach with azure waters is about 150 m away. The studios are furnished with a kitchenette, bathroom with sink, shower&WC; double bed or 2 single beds; fold-out chair-bed or extra bed if needed. Top (first) floor balconies offer a lovely view of the Ionian Sea. The ground floor balconies have partial sea view. The pool will chill out you in a hot day. For the convenience of the guests, there is ample parking.
