My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.

"VACATION HOUSE" has three independent fully equipped apartments. Just 80 meters from the sea with the crystal clear waters and the sandy beach. Very conveniently located, 300 meters from the center of the village of Metamorfosi, where there are many supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, and shops with tourist items.... Inside the fenced plot, there is free, secure parking for cars, in the shade of the trees

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
