The house is a 3-storey maisonette, on the first floor is the living room with the kitchen (equipped with an electric oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and cookware) and the WC. On the upper floor are the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. In the semi-basement there is a living room. It also has three balconies, two on the front of the house and one on the back. Towels and sheets, shampoo, hair dryer, electric iron are provided. It is 600 meters from the sea and 150 meters from the square.
