The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Apartment Nika occupies first floor of a family house,consisting of 3 bedrooms, bathroom with washing maschine,kitchen and living area from which you can enjoy in beautiful view and perfect sunset. Entrance to the apartment is over the small terrace which has table and chairs on it, so you can enjoy your morning coffee or have a breakfast. The apartment is the second apartment of Villa del Mar. Located in the prime location of Dubrovnik named St. Jacob. Just a 15 minutes walk away from the old town but still so quiet you can hear the sound of the wave. The view is exceptional and you will wake up with the sounds of birds.
