A construção deste é de natureza ecológica, moderna, revestida em cortiça e o fornecimento de energia é através de paíneis fotovoltaicos. - 30 mint. de Lisboa - 10 mint. das praias da Fonte da Telha e da Costa da Caparica - 5 mint. da praça e de supermercados - Maquina de café (marca: continente)

This is a house on a plot of land limited by two water lines. It is an open-space with the bathroom, double bed in a higher plan and separated by a screen of the kitchen, table and the double sofa bed, which also make up the social space. It's a small space totally facing the outside. If you intend to bring a pet, please check the additional rules for the care you should take, the conditions and amounts of the stay, as well as the security deposit to be made.

You will experience a kind of a time capsule/journey to the past with all original 50's and 60's decoration, furniture and items.
