Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

Apartment butkovic - 20 m from sea

This ground-floor apartment, just 20 m from the sea, is ideal for families and accommodates 4-5 guests. It offers two terraces—one at the entrance and a private terrace with BBQ at the back. There are two bedrooms and a pull-out couch, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, couch, and satellite TV. A sandy beach is a 2-minute walk (140 m) away. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, and a highchair and baby cot. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

Plaže su udaljene 5 minuta vožnje autom, dućan je isto u blizini, kao i nekolicina dobrih restorana. Nudimo mogućnost izleta sa našim gliserom ili mogućnost iznajmljivanja glisera ukoliko posjedujete dozvolu za upravljanjem.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu, 45 m2.Apartman ima 2 spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju i dnevni boravak s kaučem za dodatnu osobu. Bazen 25m2 Svaka spavaća soba ima bračni krevet za 2 osobe. Kupaonica je s tušem. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena hladnjakom, zamrzivačem, mikrovalnom pećnicom. U apartmanu je također dostupan klima uređaj, besplatni wifi i satelitska TV.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
