We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a cottage 15km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the tranquility of our cottage. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in the summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 travellers, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24h circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).
