The cottage is 30 sqm with a small bedroom (two beds), bathroom, living room with sofa bed, table and two chairs, as well as a kitchenette. There is a small loft above the bedroom. Between the bedroom and living room is a sliding door. The living room has large windows with slatted curtains and a door to a balcony. On the balcony, there is outdoor furniture and a parasol. In the living room there is an air heat pump with A/C. 20 meters to the beach. The kitchen has induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The host couple live in the house next door.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dining area for 4 people. Nice sofa bed for 2 people and fireplace. The house is equipped with sauna, toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi. Air heat pump that regulates the temperature in the house, and floor heating. The residence is 50 meters from a low-traffic road. You have 1.5 km to restaurants in Tällberg, and 500 meters to Siljan. There are nice walking paths in the forest, along Siljan.

Here you can both enjoy fantastic views on the lakeside balcony and activate yourself in the fully equipped gym that is also available at this Dalarna farm. From Lundgården, you can reach many of Dalarna's top tourist destinations within an hour, such as Carl Larsson-gården, Zorngården, Tomteland, Leksand sommarland and Dalhalla. The property consists of a house , large cottage with four beds ,Storastuga has all the amenities, swings, lawns for playing and an outdoor barbecue area. Quiet location 400m to the lake , you can swim and fish with a cozy afternoon sun. Bicycles and boats are available to borrow. In case of snow access ski tracks outside the house, fiber, cromcast are available, Gesundaberget with great views, cycling and downhill Linens and towels for RENT SEK 200/person and departure cleaning SEK 750 for the large cabin . A warm welcome to Västanvik, about 5 km outside Leksand. The house is newly built in 2023. With a 5 minute walk down to lake Siljan where there are lovely beaches and swimming. And in winter time you can ski and ski on the Silja. Bicycle/pedestrian access to Leksand. Hiking trails, downhill skiing in Granberget, excursion destinations and sights such as nature in Siljansnäs, gym/bathhouse and padel hall can be found in central Leksand 10 min by car. Smaller house with all the comforts! Newly renovated kitchen and shower with toilet. The village of Våmhus is known for its hairballs and basket makers at Hembygdsgården. The house is located near scenic Lintjärn and there you can take a dip in the evenings. We also have a gas station and Våmhus Handlarn where you can buy various foods, etc. about 1.9 km away.
