Welcome to a newly built (2021 with 2 apartments), charming house between Mora and Orsa with high standard for the whole family with regular pets or for BUSINESS in the heart of Dalarna. Wonderful views of Lake Orsa and the blue mountains. In the middle of nature, close to swimming, skiing experiences and adventures. Now the spa area is ready to use. The price is not included in the regular house rent. Although the house is located in a nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.

My villa is beautifully located by Dalälven's beach, walking distance to the city center and the Vasa Race finish 1.5 km. Most of the house is newly renovated. If I am in Mora, I will of course help with pick-up & info. Large terrace overlooking the river. It's a large plot of land right by the river. One bathroom with shower and toilet. And a shower cabin in the basement. Nice social areas with plenty of space and fireplace. Code lock so no key is needed. No pets as there are allergies in the family.

Vakna vid sjön, ta ett dopp och avsluta dagen framför brasan. Välkommen till Ulvsbo – en rymlig stuga invid Ulvsjön med naturen utanför dörren. Alla årstider ges möjligheter att uppleva den svenska naturen. Vår till höst väntar bad, fiske, cykling, vandring och skogar med bär och svamp. På vintern ett paradis med skridskoåkning på sjön, längdskidspår i Gyllbergen och bara 10 minuter till Romme Alpins 31 pister. Ulvsbo där familj och vänner kan umgås, koppla av och skapa minnen tillsammans.

Boendet består av ett hus , stora stugan med fyra bäddar ,Stora stugan har alla bekvämligheter, gungor, gräsmattor för lek och en utegrillplats. Lugnt läge 400 m till sjön , man kan bada och fiska med en mysig eftermiddagssol. Cyklar och båt finns att låna. Vid snötillgång skidspår utanför huset, fiber , cromcast finns, Gesundaberget med fantastisk utsikt, cykling och utförsåk Sängkläder och handdukar att HYRA 200 kr /person och avresestädning 800 kr för stora stugan . Genuine cottage in the Woods on Sollerön island

A red small cottage on a large, private plot in the middle of Sollerön in Siljan. The house consists of 2 rooms and a kitchen spread over 2 floors. The space between the floors is not isolated. 2.2 km to nice swimming area and 2.5 km to the island's well stocked grocery store. In the immediate area there is beautiful nature and fields with sheep and horses. In the neighboring village Gesunda you have Tomteland and a mountain for downhill and skiing! Sollerön is located about 17 km from Mora.

Large plot with space for cars and outdoor activities. Amenities include use of all facilities, indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit, kids play area, seating, veranda, garden.

The apartment is large and spacious with a large glass windows overlooking the river. Here you can take a nice morning swim at the dock. You can spend the evening at the barbecue area. It is only 800 meters to Mora's pedestrian street and 300 meters to the train station.
