Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
