Cottage dream in Karjalohja by the lake +hot tub

A cozy cottage by the lake in Karjalohja awaits you about an hour's drive from the Helsinki metropolitan area. The cottage has a living room, bedroom, sleeping alcove, hallway, dressing room and sauna (approx. 44m2). In addition, guests have access to a guest house with two separate small rooms and sleeping accommodations for up to three. At best, the cottage's facilities are used by 2-4 people during the winter months, but during the summer, even a larger group can fit. Here you can relax and enjoy your own peace.

Stay in an old barn - Trotby's inn!

Welcome to stay in the old barn on our property! The lodge has a living room/kitchen with basic supplies. The washroom facilities include an IKI stove wood-burning stove, a water heater and a shower. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and two are upstairs. Maximum 8 beds. The toilet upstairs is a freezing ECO toilet. In addition, there is an old-fashioned outdoor sauna in the adjacent shed. There is no TV or fancy things, but there are the basics for living, a rural landscape and the vibe of times gone by!

The fully renovated (2025) cottage offers beautiful views of the sea, easy access and modern looks. Enjoy your time on the terraces and the cosy Sauna, or take a dip in the sea. 3 separate bedrooms (2 in the main building and 1 in the saunacabin) With 2 beds in each and also 2 bedsofas, the place offer space for a larger group. The sauna cabins livingroom/kitchen also doubles a the fourth bedroom as it has a dounble bedsofa. The shore is deep so you can also easily access the cottage by boat.

The sauna house has a big chilling terrace with BBQ & covered dining area. Escape to this quiet place for full relaxation, for sauna, nature hikes, fishing, or just chilling listening to the waves and the birds and watching the sunset. Linens, towels, fire wood & BBQ gas + rowing boat included.

NOTICE! We keep a 1 day “cleaning break” after each visit. A completely renovated and winterized cottage (64m2 + 25m2 terrace) nearby the sea. There is space for max 6 persons (bedroom, sofa bed and loft) in this with all amenities (toilet, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, ventilation unit etc) furnished cottage. There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters
