Behind the cottage there is a wood storage and a trash can. The sands of the beach have diminished a little over the years. The beach is rocky in some places, but you can easily swim from the jetty in summer. The water in the lake is suitable for swimming. Hand-carved 100 sqm log cabin built in 1995 on the shores of Lake Saimaa. A peaceful environment just a few minutes' drive from the services of Varkaus city center. The place is well suited for a weekend of relaxation, as well as for a longer stay. Basic amenities and cooking utensils. In connection with the cottage, there is a very spacious wood-fired sauna. The hut in the yard and the barbecue shed are freely available. The cottage is suitable for year-round stays, but in the middle of winter it is worth bringing woolen socks with you :)

We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.
