Putkola Cottage Finland

Find your peace in a classic Finnish cottage with a sauna in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kivenkänä in South Karelia. The cottage is electrified, service water must be carried from the lake, guests must bring their own drinking water. Dry toilet. Not far from the cottage is the Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki bar, where in addition to the classic offer of drinks and meals, you can also buy basic groceries, various consumer goods, and fishing permits. Experience the true traditional Finnish lake cottage life. This log cottage was built in the 1800's with hand carved logs. It is located on a beautiful lake shore with fantastic views. Here you can enjoy nature and total silence and peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. Good 4G connection!

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Villa Myllymäki

Myllymäen päälle omin käsin rakennetussa villa Myllymäessä on helppoa rentoutua ja päästä lähelle luontoa nauttien upeista maisemista. Koko päätyseinän kokoinen ikkuna kehystää upean järvimaiseman. Tilalla on n. 40 hehtaaria eläinten laiduntamaa metsää joka takaa helppokulkuiset ja hienot patikointimaastot. Etäisyys Savonlinnan keskustaan on 10km autolla tai 6 km veneellä. Tilalla on myös yksityinen laavu lammen rannalla yhtä upein näkymin.
