Our newly built independent residence has all the modern comforts and luxurious services that ensure our guests can have quality holidays. At our facilities, tradition blends with the modern trends of architecture and creates a functional and romantic villa that leaves unforgettable memories to every visitor. It consists of a large living room with a joined kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We can comfortably accommodate 7 people whether it is a family or a group in a luxurious environment.

Eco Stone House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish house a few meters from the beach. The house is a converted old barn made of stone and it has been renovated by myself in 2022. All the materials used are emblematic of Greek vernacular architecture ranging from wooden chestnut ceilings, to stone floors, to marble countertops. All furnishing are antiques or custom made, designed or picked by me. The house is an eco residence. Rain water is collected in the winter and used in the summer for daily needs.

the House in the Castle

Our house is part of the 16th cent. Castle of Kimolos and was renewed with respect for tradition. It is a bioclimatic building, with 1m thick stone walls and 4m high ceilings, double roof insulation and small openings that let the air circulate. Fully equipped kitchen, fast internet and a work place (desk, office chair, 27" monitor) for those who cannot leave their work. The house is in the middle of the village, just 1 km away from the port and 3 km away from the clean sandy beaches.

Serifos Traditional House 1

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Situated right on Platis Gialos Bay, this is a luxurious, brand new villa, just a few steps away from Platis Gialos Beach, the most cosmopolitan and beautiful beach of Sifnos Island. It is a modern house, fully equipped with all necessary facilities, and decorated with minimal cycladic style. Για να φτάσετε στο κατάλυμά μας δεν θα χρειαστεί να διανύσετε πάνω από 300 μέτρα από το σημείο που αποβιβαστήκατε. Θα το βρείτε στα δεξιά σας σε μία διώροφη κατοικία, στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της παραλίας των Καμαρών. Με την αίσθηση ότι απο το μπαλκόνι σας σχεδόν βουτάτε στη θάλασσα ανεβαίνετε τα γραφικά σκαλιά που σας οδηγούν στο εσωτερικό του χώρου. Ένας χώρος προσεγμένος, φωτεινός που θα αποτελέσει το σημείο αναφοράς σας για τις επόμενες μέρες.

SeraliaSeaSide

The small house is located in Seralia (Castro) only 20m from a beach. It has been recently renovated in a traditional style. Simple, beautiful, and functional, it is a compact 25 m² space featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. From the parking area, there are stairs leading down to the house.
