Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια και ένα άνετο ευρύχωρο χώρο με σαλόνι και πλήρης κουζίνα. Έχει τη δυνατότητα να φιλοξενήσει ακόμα και επτά επιβάτες. Παραδοσιακό διώροφο σπίτι που βρίσκετε στην είσοδο του κεντρικού οικισμού της Απολλωνίας. Είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια αλλά και για οικογένειες. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο στον κάτω όροφο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ- κρεβάτι στον πάνω όροφο στο χώρο της κουζινοτραπεζαρίας. Στην Απολλωνία, βρίσκουμε τράπεζες, αστυνομικό σταθμό, ιατρείο, ταχυδρομείο, το Δημαρχείο του νησιού, φαρμακεία, μπαρ και εστιατόρια. The small house is located in Seralia (Castro) only 20m from a beach. It has been recently renovated in a traditional style. Simple, beautiful, and functional, it is a compact 25 m² space featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. From the parking area, there are stairs leading down to the house.
