The WALDLIEBE cottage is an absolute favorite place... sitting together on the terrace, grilling in the completely fenced natural garden, watching fire by the fireplace, taking a breath or actively hiking, cycling or skiing. Everything you need for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life is there! The lovingly designed 120 square meters offer lots of space (max. 6 people) for a relaxing holiday, also with dog (max. 2). The big treasure of the house is the conservatory with fireplace.

Apartment in a charming half-timbered farmhouse

The 37 m² one-room apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse in the village center of Marburg-Hermershausen and is accessible through the shared staircase. Real wood parquet, tiled floor as well as a solid wood kitchen, solid wood furniture and natural textiles invite you to feel good. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, the kitchen offers a double-burner ceramic hob, microwave and exhaust hood. Wi-Fi is available. If necessary, a washing machine can also be used.

Cozy half-timbered house at the edge of the forest

Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. In winter, a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere. Modern Internet connection, TV via satellite system. Sparkling water maker available

THE small HUT - hiking. biking. experience nature.

In the rugged Upper Westerwald, directly on the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach stream has carved its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength, and inspiration. A fire pit with firewood and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

Designer chalet with lake view, sauna, fireplace & jacuzzi

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Circus wagon on the sheep pasture

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon is under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional home with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in the Windecker Ländchen. The circus wagon is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Own access & parking available. Every 30 minutes, S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to Koelnmesse).

The little black dress

The little black! A charming cottage on the Musenberg. A beautiful colorful farm garden welcomes the guests. The covered patio invites you to enjoy outside. For grilling and cooking, use the outdoor oven. (spring to autumn) The bright house, built into the roof, is furnished with a lot of love. Experience relaxing days surrounded by nature! Hiking and cross-country skiing right outside the door. Pets are welcome upon request. Maximum 1 dog.

Bamenohl Castle - Fireplace room apartment

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.

Relax in our mountain vacation home with an idyllic location, large garden and northwest balcony for breathtaking sunsets. Explore the surroundings with their hiking trails and swimming lakes. Up to 4 people can be accommodated in the cozy house and benefit from a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper bedroom is designed as a loft. Experience the beauty of nature and leave everyday stress behind!

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Cozy cottage by the pond with its own sauna

Our lovingly furnished, cozy vacation home is located in the idyllic village of Lützel, which, with its location right on the Rothaarsteig, offers the ideal accommodation for hikers, families or couples. In addition to the large garden, a south-facing terrace and a south-facing balcony offer the opportunity to relax by the fish pond or in the sauna.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
